2017年1月1日，一场别开生面的场地越野赛正隆重进行，没错，这就是2017年"吉润杯"第二届山地自行车场地越野赛

开幕式现场2017年1月1日上午9时，由市人民政府、市体育局、市自行车运动协会主办，参赛人员来自各地335余名业余自行车选手参赛。 比赛共分为男子青年组，男子中年组、女子组、男子体验组。其中，男子比赛距离6公里，值得一提的是，本次场地越野比赛，各组别竞争非常激烈，不但云集了普宁市各县区的业余选手，更是吸引了外地的100多名选手参赛。比赛最后还是实力说明一切，分别夺得各组别冠军。
